Customer Representative West Africa
We are seeking a representative
responsible for delivering new business and managing a portfolio of
existing customers. Identifying opportunities to maximise
lending, you will analyse financial information for lending
proposals, carry our annual reviews of facilities and requests for
borrowing, monitoring repayments and maintaining records.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers through
visits and regular contact is a major part of the role.
You must be fluent in French. You will have experience of
working in a customer facing role and possess excellent customer
relationship management and influencing skills. You will have
an aptitude in credit appraisal and business analysis. You
will be a team player, self-motivated, proactive and organised with
experience of working in a multi task environment. With drive
and enthusiasm to get things done you will be comfortable working
to tight deadlines and dealing with a wide variety of customers
from different backgrounds.

and empathy with the aims and objectives of the Society.
