Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors actively promote Shared Interest to the general public through talks, presentations, stalls and general profile raising activity. There is no minimum time commitment however; we do ask Ambassadors to be proactive in looking for opportunities and events and to maintain regular contact with the Volunteer Manager.

The role is very flexible and can be adapted to suit the skills, experience and interests of each Ambassador.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with general public
  • Passion for Fairtrade
  • Ability to use initiative to identify events
  • Ability to attend induction training
  • Support for the aims of Shared Interest
Ambassadors will be fully supported by our Head Office team and provided with suitable training as well as a variety of printed materials and other resources to help them effectively carry out their role as a Shared Interest Ambassador
