This Fairtrade Fortnight (27 Feb – 11 March) Shared Interest is supporting the Fairtrade Foundation’s challenge to the UK public to Take a Step for Fairtrade. We want to show what you can do to make a real and lasting difference to farmers and handicraft producers in the developing world.
Together, we want to take 1.5 million steps for Fairtrade in 2012. That’s one step for every fair trade producer around the world.
By taking a step and opening a Share Account you will join our network of almost 9,000 individuals, groups, schools and faith groups that are collectively investing in a fairer world and helping communities in the developing world access fair finance and create sustainable livelihoods for themselves.
