Account Manager


Account Manager C £16,000 Shared Interest Society is a co-operative lending society that provides finance and business support to fair trade businesses all over the world. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers, providing the main point of contact and handling all aspects of their account. This will include analysing financial information for lending proposals, carrying out annual reviews of facilities and requests for new borrowing, monitoring repayments and maintaining records. You will have experience of working in a customer facing role and possess excellent customer relationship management and influencing skills. You will have an aptitude in credit appraisal and business analysis. You will be a team player, self motivated, proactive and organised with experience of working in a multi task environment. You must be fluent in Spanish and have the drive and enthusiasm to be involved in an exciting phase of Shared Interest Society's expansion. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate commitment to and empathy with the aims and objectives of the Society.
