'I have been with Shared Interest since February 2006 and consider it a privilege to be able to carry out such a personally fulfilling role.

The work of Shared Interest has for many years had a positive impact on some of the world's poorest communities. It is therefore really exciting to be involved and to lead Shared Interest in its continued growth and in its work to increase its impact in the developing world even further.

Current Vacancies

Credit Risk Analyst


Responsible for the compliance with and development of the Society's credit policy and is the main reference point for all lending policy related matters. You will need experience in credit appraisal with strong business analysis skills and proven ability and desire to influence the decision making process. Rwanda Project Co-ordinator


Shared Interest Foundation and COFTA (Co-operation for Fair Trade in Africa) are looking for a part time Project Co-ordinator to head up their latest project in Rwanda. Rwanda Training Project
