Whistleblowing Policy

SPEAKING UP

At Shared Interest we believe that it is the duty of every person to speak up about genuine concerns in relation to criminal activity, breach of legal obligation (including negligence, breach of contract, breach of administrative law, miscarriage of justice, danger to health and safety or environment) and the cover up of any of these in the workplace.

How can someone raise a concern?

If a member of our team, investor, donor, volunteer, partner, consultant or contractor suspects misconduct has, or is about to occur, we encourage them to communicate their suspicions without fear of reprisals and in the knowledge that they will be protected from victimisation and dismissal.

We are committed to ensuring that any concerns of this nature will be taken seriously and investigated, and as part of this commitment has developed this guidance note on whistleblowing.

You can do this through our dedicated whistleblowing email address: whistleblowing@shared-interest.com
