Our Charity

Since 2004, Shared Interest Foundation has been providing practical support to businesses in the developing world, changing lives in really tangible ways.

For instance since the beginning of Shared Interest Foundation's work in Rwanda, the number of children attending school has increased by almost 90% as their parents can afford to buy uniforms, shoes and books due to their improved livelihoods.

These organisations are usually too small and new to trade alone internationally. Some businesses are aiming to become Fairtrade certified. Others are looking for more immediate support.

Shared Interest Foundation believes that helping small businesses grow is a vital way of fighting poverty in the developing world.

By nurturing these fledgling enterprises, we aim to be a catalyst for their success.
